You will enter the townhome from the front door by entering a personal digital code.

New Bryant central home air/heating system installed (2/23) to keep you cool during those beautiful Florida Summers and warm and toasty at night during the winter months. We also want our guests to breathe the freshest air so we have a stand-alone air purifier, we also just installed The HALO-LED™ Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier that uses revolutionary REME-LED® technology to help protect the air for you and your family.

Note that due to Florida having tropical insects, amphibians, etc.. The space is treated regularly for pests, however, you may come across palmetto bugs, roaches, mosquitos, nats, etc. During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Security Cameras
The property has security cameras capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. “There are no cameras inside, all cameras are on the exterior of the home. Location -Outside - Front- doorbell, and driveway. Back-Patio(only records fence access, not the patio area, and a camera facing the sound/bridge. The side of the property - faces the road.

Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Outside, including the patio is allowed as long as you clean any waste from such activity. You may be charged up to $250 for any smoke damage/scent left inside the property for we will have to treat the property before the next guest arrives.

During Hurricane Season: Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance due we can not predict the weather during your booking.

Nice VRBO, easy to access, exactly as pictured. The area is a bit sketchy with old cars and boats parked everywhere but that was the only complaint we had. Was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the cooking basics.

We had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed for our comfort. Everything is set up so intentionally to feel like home. We enjoyed the location (especially the restaurants & Publix nearby) and we loved having our pup, Sophie, with us. We also tried some of the food/coffee trucks & they were great! A perfect weekend

Loved the location at end of a boardwalk and a short walk to the public beach entry! Great condo for 2 people and a nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the area and the beach for a few days.

Perfect townhouse with perfect location to bay and boardwalk to the beach. Located right next to Stewbys which is my favorite restaurant . Decorated well that it felt like home. Host is simply amazing!!! Will be back many times

Close to beach get-away-

We flew into Destin so we had few beach extras with us-They had chairs and an umbrella that we used daily as we beach hopped enjoying several different beaches!Also access to a washer and dryer was a nice extra too!

Cozy getaway at the beach

This was my first time renting with Airbnb, and it was so simple and easy to finalize. The host was exception with communication and did everything to make our stay special. It was a cozy spot, very clean and modern, we absolutely loved it.

Great place for a remote work stay

My wife and I decided to escape south for two weeks in the winter to get some warmer temps. This place was great only a short walk from the beach. Description and pictures all accurate. Exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay here again.

As soon as we walked in me and my wife saw how beautiful the place is. We loved our stay in every aspect and it made this vacation go so smooth and relaxing. The property was located on a very quiet street, walking distance to restaurants and to the beautiful Emerald Coast. We had everything we needed for our stay and the place is decorated so cute. I’m sorry you were unhappy with the neighborhood. All other guests love how close the beach is (a 5 minute walk) and the Sound side is a 1 minute walk. True, there is construction going on, but that is out of my control. Since there are several places to eat, an ice cream place, putt putt golf all within walking distance, I can’t imagine what could be lacking. What my neighbors do is out of my control as well. Since a 4 star represents there is something I can improve, which you didn’t state anything wrong with the townhouse, I can’t move it to another neighborhood. You expressed everything was great to my surprise it wasn’t. All other guests feel my place is in a great location.

Beauty & the Beach!

This place did not disappoint. The place actually exceeded the photos. Cozy, clean and had all the comforts of home. Maybe a 5 min walk to the beach. Walkable to restaurants & bars. Felt safe walking the area at night. Close to Destin, yet away from the hustle & traffic! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or tp recommend to friends.

29th Anniversary getaway

We absolutely loved this apartment! Everything was so modern and appeasing to the eye. We left with so many different ideas that we plan on doing to our house in the future. The public beach was walking distance or a very short drive. Although the Destin boardwalk is a must visit, the local boardwalk and pier is very relaxing. There were no shortages of seafood in the area either. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Honeymoon Getaway

This place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. So cute and cozy. I will definitely be back if we decide to go to Florida again. Chanell was so kind and left us a cute little heart shaped glass container that said honeymoon on it to put sand in. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect place. 100% would recommend to people.
