Welcome to Sun-Kissed- located in the colorful Sea Dreams community! This 4 story home is perched high on a dune, boasting gorgeous views from all 5 decks of the Atlantic Ocean, the ICW, Oceanana Pier, and the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. Community features an oceanfront pool with comfortable seating, a sand court to play volleyball, and a private beach access to the ocean from the pool area. Décor has a tropical feel, and hotel quality linens on each bed. Bathroom towels are also included with this rental. The home also provides a sturdy beach cart to lug all the beach stuff easily to the beach, a few bagged beach chairs, and a cooler. After a fun day at the beach, come back to the house to relax and cook dinner in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen, or head out to the many amazing restaurants we are so lucky to have here in Atlantic Beach.
During Prime Summer Season the house rents from Saturday to Saturday only, and the home features a no contact check in/out for your safety and convenience.
HOA rules and septic allowances state 6 guests, and guests can choose from a number of different bedrooms to sleep in while on their vacation.
Pets are welcome, dogs only, no more than 2. Please add pet fee at time of booking. Property manager will add second pet fee when notified.
Pool opens the weekend before Memorial Weekend.
Guests must be 25 years old to book this home. No smoking allowed.
Please inquire about monthly off season opportunities and a more flexible check in schedule. Minimum 7 night reservations only-all year long.
Accommodations to choose from for guests:
Entrance level: This floor has a total of 4 bedrooms to choose from. 1. Master with a King size bed and private full bath. 2. A queen with a private full bath. 3. Another queen bedroom. 4. A twin bunk bed room with the laundry in a closet. The second queen bedroom and the bunk bedroom share a hall full bathroom.
Up the stairs at the entrance: This floor has the kitchen, the spacious living room, the dining area off the kitchen, a full bathroom with a stand up shower, and two beautiful porches-one off the living room is a screened in porch, and the one off the dining area is a front balcony porch. Both have lovely ocean views! There is a spiral staircase off the kitchen, which leads to the very top floor!
Top floor: Up that sweet spiral staircase, the owners have set up a King size bed, small tv, and the area has a French door that opens to a tiny balcony with amazing views.
Bottom floor/right side of house separate apartment: At the driveway level, head around the right side of the house to a walkway leading to the separate apartment/TV and Game room area. The owners have set up a huge 70“ TV for gaming-bring your own system from home, or watch movies! There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub, another tiny room with a set of bunk beds, a mini fridge for shacks and a mini sink, another tiny room with a foosball table and some items for the beach. Cool hangout place for teens or college age kids in your party!
