Relaxing

Ute and cozy two bedroom and very clean and quiet…did observe the neighbors ram the fence… scared a strip in me and the mrs shorts, but no damage all was good

Very bad rental everything was broken. A/C was poor and it was broken. In the living room, dining area. Call for service maintenance showed up they removed the one that was broken and brought three more fans from Home Depot.I had to set up fans in all the rooms, especially in the living room and kitchen, very dirty in the kitchen and the Lazy Susan you could see all the dirt in the shelving and grease above the ceiling spiderwebs. One of the windows was broken will not stay open and a lamp living room was broken, but fixed that lamp. This was a very terrible stay and price it should’ve been lower for this rental is not acceptable for anyone to rent . I hope property Management will consider giving half my money back this place was terrible not memorable this was a get away for me, considering I had a heart attack and my fiancé booked this rental to get away from all the stress and anxiety Hope in the near future Property Management will consider install acceptable AC units, not fans and very good cleaning service. for the next guest that stand in this property, we have a memorable stay Gilbert Romero signing off.

On the beach

Great location, place is very rustic. Had to clean it when I arrived that was disappointing. No cleaning supplies so has to go buy broom, dust pan and cleaner

Spring break

We stayed for five nights over spring break. Property is perfect location to beach. Property management was very responsive when we had a couple issues. They took care of it immediately. The only downside to our stay was that the property has a strong urine smell from pets and the floors were dirty upon arrival. We knew It was an older property so we were prepared for that but the smell makes it hard to feel comfortable. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time indoors.

Property was clean and convenient. Not updated and noisy with highway so close by. It worked for our family but did not need to spend much time on property.
