Welcome to our spacious 2-unit property in the pet-friendly Cully neighborhood, just minutes from Portland Airport. The owner resides in a separate upstairs apartment, ensuring your privacy. Enjoy ample street parking and a reserved guest spot.
Relax in the expansive yard surrounded by lush laurel hedges, offering ultimate seclusion. You can even pick your seasonal delights from our garden! Fire up the BBQ and dine on the patio for delightful outdoor entertaining.
Inside, you'll find two main bedrooms with king beds, a bonus room with an office, and an extra full bed . The newly renovated full bathroom includes towels, a hairdryer, and toiletries, while a half bathroom is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen.
Our kitchen boasts beautiful evening lighting and comes fully stocked with cooking essentials, a coffee maker, a toaster, spices, and cooking oil.
The open-concept living space features a dining table for four (with extra chairs if needed) and a cozy sofa in front of a 58” smart TV with streaming access.
Conveniently located, we're just 10 minutes from Providence Portland Medical Center and Adventist Health, and 15 minutes from OHSU and Kaiser. 5 minutes from PDX Airport. Your comfortable home base awaits!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Place any bagged trash in the appropriate bins outside the kitchen door. (Grey = Landfill, Blue = Recyclables, Green = Compost/Yard waste, Yellow = Glass).
2. Start the dishwasher. Dishwasher pods are under the sink.
3. Please strip the beds that were used and place all linens/towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
