We ran into a few issues that were out of the host control. They worked with us and got issues fixed and communicated with us throughout the issues. They made sure to make things right. Thanks for providing a place to stay and helping experience a great time on Brookings Oregon. Thanks
My family had the best time staying at this house. Plenty of space and not far from the beach and the river. I also liked the location because it was on the outskirts of town.

One of the lamp switches in the Master Bedroom was off, the bathtub plug to fill the tub doesn’t work, there was food stuck on one of the frying pans. One of the rooms was advertised as two queen beds, which actually was one mattress on the floor in what looked like a closet. The picture of the parking space was a little miss leading, but we managed it.Overall a very spacious home and the hot tub was great to soak in.
We enjoyed our stay! Some of the rooms are connected to each other, which wasn't a problem for us, just as a heads up. There was a lot of room on the property and we loved our stay!

So glad you had a great stay, thank you for the review. We are glad the home worked well for your needs and had all the amenities for your time here on the coast.
The house was clean and very spacious lots of games for the children and a big yard for the dogs. We had a very enjoyable time and will definitely book with this host again.
We had a great stay! The house was convenient for visiting downtown areas of both Brookings and Crescent City and the local beach was a realitivly quick walk. The place was clean and met all expectations. Only pitfall was cell service and Wi-Fi. The cell service was spotty/ not available and the wifi was limited to mainly one room with the router; but if youre trying to get away from tech and enjoy family, it is perfect! Just enough to stay connected and look up your next hiking spot.
We had a great stay here with another family for spring break. The location was perfect for beach time and time in the Redwoods. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying and enjoying the home. We appreciate your review and hope to have you back in the future.
This is a great rental for a family vacation. Very spacious and close to town as well as the ocean. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. We had a blast and wished we could stay longer.
We had 5 adults and 4 kids in this spacious home and could have easily had more. The upstairs beds accommodated us with plenty of space. Check in a breeze. Clean and well stocked with a nice hottub and ping pong to add to our vacation. We had a problem with the dishwasher and the property management team responded and resolved our issue in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this property for a memorable stay in Brookings.
We had a wonderful stay. We spent most of our time touring the Oregon coast and the Redwoods. We made friends with some locals and got to spend a day with our new friends. Great trip. Thank you

This was our second stay at this property. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The yard was amazing with all the trees and bushes in full spring bloom. We love the area and are grateful to have a spot to nestle into after a long day of adventures.Communication with property management is easy and effective. I am very appreciative of their assistance during our stay. Thank you to the paragon team!

Thank you for staying and we are sorry about the hot tub electrical, however, we are so glad we were able to get it addresses quickly and up and going for a portion of your stay. Thank you for being great guests and understanding. We are pleased the home and location otherwise fit your needs and stay!
My family really enjoyed this property. Reasoning for the 4/5 is much of things in the property are worn out and off putting. For instance, it has two basketballs hoops. One no longer has the backboard the other the backboard is broken in half. Both are sagging and practically unusable. The buttons for thw hot tub are broken, the shower faucets are all very short making then uncomfortable to use for taller people, many of the fans are broken or don't turn on at all. That said, my family and I enjoyed the feeling and size of this property and would return given the chance.
Overall, the six of us had an enjoyable stay!It always takes awhile to find your way around a new place. Our initial impression was influenced by the area rug in the entry living room. It's old, dated, and badly stained. If that were removed, ideally replaced, it would make a big difference, and I would give it 5 stars for cleanliness. The kitchen was fairly well supplied, but could use more flatware. With a larger group, you run out quickly. The tap water is not good, and a Britta or Pur filter would be a great addition. We never figured out the instant hot water tap. Otherwise, it's nicely laid out.The three queen beds are comfortable. We appreciated plug in night lights, since a couple of the bed frames have a wood corner posts that stick out, and can catch a knee or toe (one room did not have a night light and resulted in a hard whack). Some reviews mentioned the sunroom not having window coverings, but shades have been added and it makes a nice bedroom, although that mattress wasn't quite as comfy. You do walk thru a master bedroom and a large open walk through closet to use the bathroom, but it's a straight shot, on thick soft carpeting, and not close to the other bed.We didn't bring pets this time, but the large fenced yard would be good for dogs. One of our group tried the hot tub and couldn't get the temp to go up above warm, so we decided not. The bathrooms are on the small side. The showers had good fixtures, strong shower heads.
