The place was so clean, the perfect size, and so close to everything! Historic Georgetown is a great little town with beautiful architecture and great food! I’ll definitely be back!
Place feels private and cozy. It’s highly walkable to bars and restaurants and the hot tub is a big bonus. Renting their other bigger property in the front along with the hideaway is a big power move that is totally worth it. Definitely go to Local Feed to eat and drink while you stay.
My husband and I booked our stay for Road to the Horse at the Kentucky Horse Park. It was very convenient to the venue as well as close to other attractions. The house was very clean. The back deck was a lot smaller than what it looks like in the pictures but we didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub anyway.
the inside was good the outside terrible hated the tv program setup the hot tub stopped working but was able to get it going again equipped pretty well with utensils needs toaster if i would have known about outside i prob. would not have rented it for that kind of price. Host very nice and again TV terrible

Retaliation review because I wouldn’t give a refund the night before his last stay.
We’ve had 100+ stays all 5* ratings and have never had issues with the TV. It was a lack of trying to walk thru very simple steps.
This guest Stayed 6 days and and the 5th night he decided to call that the TV wasn’t working. It’s a smart TV and walks you thru the steps very easily. I told him to turn it off and back on and it “works now”.
He admitted he never used a smart tv before.
The air fryer doubles as a toaster.
The hot tub was on and working as normal as we have a smart plug that monitors the kW usage.
Not sure what you mean by hated the outside. Gives no details.
This was a older couple that didn’t understand how to use newer technology. Sorry wouldn’t recommend as a guest. Avoid.
