This place is good for a short term stay 3 days max reason why because the wifi is very weak so weak that you couldn’t watch tv, only 1 ac unit worked and that was in the bedroom the other areas were hot , no view , no tv in the common area, barely any hot water, but positive note it was good for the price and it was close to everything so uber rides were cheap coming and going

Needs like a soap and shampoo holder, if the guest bring their own hygiene travel products. Also there was a second air-conditioning inverter in the kitchen/living room but I didn't find the remote.

I had an amazing stay in Puerto Rico and couldn’t have asked for a better host! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and well-organized. The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and always available to help with anything I needed, whether it was recommendations or quick questions. The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Puerto Rico. I especially appreciated the little details that made the experience feel special and personal. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The unit was clean but one of the two air conditioners was not working. We call the host to let them know and he was aware of it. The other air conditioner needs maintenance, it never reach the selected temperature. It was a long not good night. Parking is on the street, no reserved or assigned parking space for the vehicle. The TV has not internet access so no tv to watch, try to set it access but didn’t work. The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Location is next to a highway so expect a very noisy night.

Great stay

Love the little property. Was clean and secluded. all that me and my fiancé needed for our weekend get away. Host responded quickly and was very helpful with recommendations for activities and food while in San Juan. Easy check in/ check out and convenient location near the beach and other accommodations. Highly recommend this room

The place was great. The only issues we had were that when we arrived, one of the shampoo or conditioner containers was on the shower floor, in pieces. The soap container was still up, so that was good. Also, the only remote control for both a/c units quit working. We couldn't find any spare batteries, but the a/c units still worked OK. Would stay here again.
