About this property

Updated Alligator Point bay front home with dock. Great water and sunset views!

3 bedroom, 2 bath bay-front home on peaceful Alligator Point. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay from all angles in the main living space (including family room and kitchen). Soak in the sunset on the large deck overlooking the bay and dock.

Two bedrooms on the main level; each with one queen bed and attached full bathrooms. The third bedroom with two twin beds is located upstairs and is ideal for older children, teens and adults. The third bedroom is not recommended for young children, toddlers and elderly guests as the staircase is narrow and the room is size is small (see photos).

Both bathrooms have been recently renovated. Laundry closet with washer and dryer located on the main level in one of the full bathrooms.

Long dock can be used to tie-up boats (occupancy of the boat lifts is not included with the rental). Public boat ramp is approximately .5 mile away.

Great Place!

If you're looking for a quiet get-away in a small community then this is the place! Watching the dolphins and incredible sunsets from the covered deck on Alligator Harbor were stunning. A short walk to the beach too! Owners were quick to respond with questions. We'd stay again!!

Peace and quiet!

This house is in a perfect location to get peace and quiet a true “vacation”! The interior of the home and the view is definitely comforting and a true nautical feel! You get bay views and just a short walk or ride to the beautiful beach with no crowds! Definitely worth coming back to! The outside area under the house is awesome as well! Definitely recommend!

Very relaxing. Spent hours enjoying the porch and watching Dolphins, boats and sunsets. 2 minute drive to the beach access.

Beautiful Views!

We had a great vacation at this house! It was a last minute decision to go, and I'm glad I found this house! The views of the bay are amazing! We had dolphins coming right to the dock. The house is very relaxing. We came to fish, but the dock is in very shallow water at low tide. There is maybe 3" of water at the end of the dock (just at low tide), and we did have issues with getting the boat back to the dock at low tide. We had to just anchor the boat past the dock and go get it when the tide came back up. We also had a few days where we couldn't get out on the water at low tide because the boat was beached. At high tide, it is fine. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the house!

Best trip in along time

My son's, grandchildren and I decided to take a last minute family vacation together. Best choice, something for every family member. My whole family had a blast. Totality worth it. We didn't want to leave. Host was very cordial and made it feel like home. Place was very beautiful and relaxing. Over all beyond exceptional. a non stressful transaction. Would love to go back next year.
