Let yourself be enchanted by our lovingly restored Art Nouveau villa in Burg on the Baltic island of Fehmarn.
The building was built around 1906 by the homecoming Gustav Hein, who made his fortune in the distance, as a residence. Now it offers in the family estate and you as holiday guests the incomparable sense of space of a villa from the turn of the century with all the advantages of modern home technology. The upper half of the house is inhabited by our family.

You as our guest live in the lower half of the house with separate entrance and own large terrace.
The exclusively furnished 87 square meter apartment offers for 2-4 persons:
One bedroom with comfortable double bed 180x200cm (separate single mattresses)
A large living room with sofa area, additional comfortable double sofa bed 160x200 (separate single mattresses) and historic stove.

Location Description
Burg on Fehmarn is not only the geographical center of the island and offers the approximately 6000 inhabitants and holiday guests a high quality of life and living. The city center with the well-preserved historic old town and the Burger market square is within walking distance and a diverse range of restaurants and shops invite you to linger.
The house is embedded in an adjacent residential area whose streets are dominated by other prestigious villas from the turn of the century.
Also doctors, bakers and all shops for daily needs are within 2 minutes walking distance.
From Burg, all of Fehmarn's beaches are well-balanced destinations and numerous trails lead you through beautiful meadows and fields - the wind direction and the state of the sun will determine your path. The traditional port Burgstaaken and the south beach are always worth a short bike ride and frame the varied small town.
