The house was clean, had everything we needed and the host was great to work with and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated having a wonderful house to come home to during a fun weekend.
My wife and I had an excellent stay here! The location is ideal. We were close to downtown with lots of restaurants and bars. The nearby park was awesome. The house was spotless and the hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We plan on making this our home away from home every time we are in grand junction.
Excellent Place to Stay. The Owner very friendly and was very flexible with our schedule. I would recommend this property to any one looking for vrbo. The wife and I and all the basketball girls had a great time. Excellent Place
Attended our granddaughter’s graduation ceremony at CO Mesa University. Was a small family gathering topped off with a wonderful graduation ceremony. The rental home was comfortable and satisfied all our needs for my family.
House was just as described. We had 4 adults,2 teenagers and 1 dog. Just the right amount of space for us all. Backyard is fenced in with plenty of room for the dog and a nice place for humans to hang too.
Overall, the property was great. The house was clean, updated and well cared for and for us was conveniently located between the Lunch Loops for biking, hiking in McInnis canyons and a little wine tasting. An added bonus was that the backyard had large trees that provided a lot of shade and made it comfortable to hang out. The host was easy to contact and was very responsive and informative. highly recommend the property.

Jonathan and family left the house in an absolute disaster. They did not follow the house rules such as smoking in the house and leaving cigarette butts on the floor, in the bed, and around the outside of the house. The bed sheets and linens were soiled to the point that everything had to be replaced and every dish in the kitchen was left dirty and stacked in the kitchen sink. Furniture was stained and the property was damaged over the time this family stayed in our home. The cleaning team took an additional 12 hours to clean the house. I would advise against anyone else renting to this person and his family.
Very convenient location for us. No cable was a major downer! Apps on wifi for most everything required suscriptions. Also, no screendoor on patio door for fresh air, a real disappointment. Great to have use of full garage and cleaning service, so enjoyed GJ very much.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry that you were unhappy about not having cable but we do have a digital antenna for local stations. That is a great idea for the French doors leading to the patio. I will be adding a double entry magnetic screen door this fall. This will allow guest to have both doors open on those beautiful sunny days while keeping bugs out. Thank you for your review and comments, they are always welcome and appreciated.
