Located in Indianapolis' premier residential & retail area. The guest cottage is nestled within our home’s peaceful one acre garden and is only minutes from downtown and Carmel.
The 700 square foot guest cottage is a freestanding, fully independent building with private, fenced patio and dedicated parking.
THE LOCATION:
We are just 7 minutes to Broad Ripple, 15 minutes down Meridian Street to Downtown, 10 minutes to Carmel, 20 minutes to Westfield's Grand Park, 5 minutes to the 465, Monon walking & biking trail, and Whole Foods plaza with many retail & restaurant choices.

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Indy. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Its location in a manicured yard and neighborhood was especially appealing to me as a yard work lover. I would love to return and see this place in the summer and fall. We don’t typically cook while on vacation so I didn’t check out those amenities but everything else we needed was available. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed for the weekend and it’s such a beautiful property! We just went through a hard time in our family but our son had a football tournament. It provided us so much peace in the middle of hardest time in our lives. Only thing I wish was more change of sheets. (I was bleeding and so worried I would get it on the sheets, so I slept on top of towels I brought) but I do feel like if I communicated that they would have given it. Would definitely return again if we are back in the area again!

The Pink Elephant Cottage was absolutely perfect. It was a piece of paradise in a beautiful part of Indy nestled amongst a delightful garden and underneath gorgeous, old trees and just a couple minutes to 465 and Meridian. Our dog loved the back patio as well as the neighborhood, too, especially the sweet dog post with treats. Our time there was way too short, so we cannot wait to go back.
