Oceanfront Condominium with Amenities

Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 132 features tile flooring in the common area, an upgraded kitchen with kitchen, and complimentary in-room high speed internet service. Beach Club 132 offers a partial ocean view from the balcony.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included! Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayKLife, a beach delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Everything was amazing! The condo was gorgeous, clean and a few steps from the ocean. Location was incredible and we enjoyed great food and shopping! I enjoyed celebrating my birthday!
