Immaculate property with nice amenities. Walkable to both bay and gulf. Beach access 4 is very close as well, and not crowded at all! Reminds me of the 30A Rosemary Beach cottages.

Great getaway…house wonderful, fully equipped, beautifully decorated. Location… quiet neighborhood atmosphere and convenient to great restaurants and the beach. Loved being there off season.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

We booked this rental for a mini winter vacay around the holidays. The house was nicely decorated and very clean which made our stay very comfortable. It was steps away from the beach! We had a great time and will definitely book again in the future.

Pleasant and quite spring break

Stayed at this house in the Shores in 2024, and another house back in 2020, both over spring break. While the 2020 spring break was expectantly quite (COVID was just hitting), it was amazingly nearly equally as quite at the Shores in 2024, which was great for us as a single dad with two young boys. House was extremely clean and easy to get to the beach, despite being on the bay side of the road.
