This property has a private 35 feet of dockage for your boat.

The boating access to the Ocean is quick and you can dock at Sparkeys for a bite to eat, or have them cook your catch.

This property is close to Sombrero Beach to take a dip in the Ocean, Close to grocery stores, about 2 miles away. There are 4 Restaurants that you can walk to from this location. Drive to Key West, in 1 hour, or Islamorada in 40 minutes. We are located in the middle of the Fla keys with an easy commute to just about anywhere.

2 kayaks included.

This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ground level. Modern kitchen and open concept living areas. Open water views from these living areas. The first bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 twin bed and utizes the hall way bath. The master suite has a King bed and a private ensuite bath. Washer and Dryer is in the master bedroom bedroom closet.

A great walking, biking, and kayaking location. Rent some bikes or kayaks or bring them yourself.

Cabana Club included. A Private Beach Club with a Sandy beach and private pool, jacuzzi and bar.

Trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer storage area. There is a daily fee. Call the City of key Colony Beach for further information.

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)

7-night minimum

Max Occupancy: 4 Per the city of Key Colony Beach rule of 2 per bedroom.

Check-in is 4 pm on day of arrival

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure

Great Vacay in the Keys

We all loved Sea La Vie! Walkable to a few places outside the Key Colony, beautiful, clean, perfect Keys vacation. Marathon is central in the Keys and we will be back! And all 4 of us recommend this lovely, little, cozy, happy place!

Small place, great location

We came down for the 7Mile Offshore Boat Races. The house had the perfect dock for our 29ft boat! We really enjoyed the sunrise that came up over the dock. We had a verey enjoyable time at Sea La Vie.

Key Colony

Great week staying in Key Colony. The views from the home were incredible. We loved the comfortable beds. The washer/dryer unit was not user friendly. Also would have liked a table and chairs outside for outdoor dining. We look forward to our trip next year.

Great place.

Great place! The lounge cushions were worn but were replaced immediately. Combo washer/dryer isn't efficient. We'll pack more clothes next time! We had a great time!

Cozy water front property

A great cozy property right on the water. Pretty much everything you could need. Lots of towels, even beach towels. Loved having the kayaks available, but it was challenging to launch them from the dock. There was even a bike available. The street the unit is on is pretty busy, but walkable to several restaurants and the Cabana Club, which was a great hangout and beach. Make sure you visit Sunset Park for the sunset experiences!
