This stunning property known as Pinehenge on the Big Thompson River welcomes you in and is highly recommended. Not to mention The Big Thompson River is just a few feet away from the back deck. The tranquil sound of The Big Thompson River will call to you and is a highlight of this gorgeous 3-bedroom home! It is located right on the Big Thompson River in a private, gated community called Blue Spruce Village. Blue Spruce Village is approximately 5 minutes outside of Estes Park. The home is two miles from the entrance to the spectacular Rocky Mountain National Park, and not far from a trail that takes you to explore Moraine Park. It has it all! Pinehenge is a beautifully appointed and decorated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the river. The
second master has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is a great kids retreat with one full sized bed and one twin sixed bed, a walk-in closet, and room to play games on the floor. For privacy, all bedrooms are located upstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality dishware, cookware, and utensils. The living area has a TV/DVD/DVR and a gas fireplace. As a courtesy, you are provided WIFI internet access and free long-distance service should you need it. Outside, you will find a new Weber gas grill to cook up your favorite grilled veggies. Stargazing at night is a must if you know your constellations.
This mountain getaway offers rest and relaxation as well as adventure right at your fingertips. You can enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour drinks while listening to the rushing river from the spacious, wrap-a-round deck. At some point, you will even want to snuggle up with your favorite book, sip a warm cup of tea, and relax by the fireplace with open windows so you can hear the river as you drift away! You will not want to leave; turning your vacation into a staycation! You won't be disappointed! Family Vacation to Estes Park and RMNP

Awesome house. kids had a blast wading and fishing in the river/stream behind the house. Excellent location. only drawback was there is no air conditioning. House was a little stuffy (but we did come at the hottest part of the year). It go cooler at night, but still a little uncomfortable upstairs in the afternoon.

This was just perfect for our family. The proximity to downtown Estes and the park entrance cannot be beat. Would absolutely recommend this property! And bonus it’s right on the river. Great for kids to play in.

Great house!

This house was clean and comfortable and in a great location! It was perfect for our family of five. We especially loved being right on the river. We also really appreciated the extras - dishwasher detergent, laundry supplies, paper towels, tissues, etc.. I would highly recommend this rental!

Estes Park vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Pinehinge. It was in a great location, just 5 minutes to downtown Estes and 7 min to RMNP. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kids loved being able to fish in the river right in the backyard. Thank you for the gift card to Bird & Jim Restaurant! It was amazing!

Awesome house on the Big Thompson.

The home on the river was truly incredible. Every detail thought of so we could enjoy all of our time. Great area by the water to sit and read or visit. We played many of game of cards on the back deck. Inside was very nice as well. Fully stocked kitchen with all those little odds and ends you need for cooking. My family loved it, can't wait to come back again.

Best house in Estes Park!

Our family loves “Pinehenge”!! It was our second trip to this house! Spacious and clean for our family of six with many amenities! My husband enjoyed fishing right off the back porch in the Thompson River. We spent hours on the back porch enjoying the scenery and nature. We highly recommend “Pinehenge”! We think it’s the best house in Estes Park!

Mary and Doris were very responsive and great to work with. The property was as described and is in a great location. We appreciated the movies and well-stocked kitchen. Only concerns were a coffee maker that appeared not to work and some difficulty regulating the heat in one bedroom/bathroom. We would highly recommend this property to others, however! Thanks!

Beautiful surrounds, comfortable house, lovely deck

Spent 5 days @ Pinehenge with 4 of my best friends and enjoyed every minute. The house was cozy, and the bedrooms perfect size. The master bedroom was a special treat with its own deck that overlooked the river and a lovely fireplace. Kitchen was large enough for all of us to be in there at the same time without feeling cramped. My favorite place was sitting on the beautiful deck, (the weather was perfect when we were there) enjoying the magnificent river and watching the birds help themselves to the seeds in the birdfeeder and the chipmunks scampering around picking up what the birds missed. This place has a very relaxed feel and if I ever get the chance I will return with a smile.

Terrific house by the river

Three couples from three states met for a reunion in the Rockies. Everything was very comfortable and the river location was truly delightful. Two of us fished and caught trout off the rocks right outside the living room while the rest watched TV. Kitchen was well equipped, instructions were extensive and clear. All the Estes Park attractions were a short drive away. The only thing not exactly as advertised were the beds in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, which were standard doubles not queen size. Very comfy, however. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway with everything you need available. You will like it.

Great place right ON the river!

This was our second stay in the Blue Spruce condos. We were not disappointed. We love to trout fish and we want to be right ON the river. This place sits about 15 feet off the water. Its location is great. Far enough out to feel you are away but close enough to run into town. This condo is in great shape. Big kitchen! Stocked with all cook ware you could need. Seasonings, flour, oil, ketchup, mustard, etc were there. Only downfall would be is that the second bathroom, which is located between the master and the double bed room, is very small. Master bathroom is plenty big. So we were a bit crunched with bathroom situation BUT the good news is we had mostly men, only two women so we were able to share the master bathroom. Overall, we would highly recommend this place. Well kept, great area, cozy, great fireplace and great for cooking for bigger group! 👍👍👍
