Great location, beautiful house

House is clean, well stocked, with tasteful decor, nice comfortable beds and furniture, private quiet location, close to stores and restaurants. Pool is very relaxing. Overall we had a nice vacation time

Best Place to stay in North Port

Location is excellent! Close to stores, beaches and the freeway! Neighborhood was very quiet! The owner is the best most easy going! House and pool perfect! I would definitely return to this property again in the future.

A Gem of a Place

Very impressed with this property and owner. The place was clean with lots of extras for the beach. The pool was refreshing and clean. Loved the patio area and furniture. Everything was as described and easy to get to. The owner was very quick to answer all our question and helpful. Great place and centrally located to all beaches from Sarasota to Manasota!

The house met all expectations! I booked it for 9 days with my 15 year old son. It was perfect for us. It was very clean. There were draws and a large walk in closet in both rooms for clothing storage. The beds were extra comfortable! The bedroom with the door to the pool area had a nice bathroom in it with a walk in shower. The other bathroom was a tub/shower and was located outside bedroom #2. The kitchen and dining area were very clean, roomy and comfortable to dine in. The living room was cozy and the couch was comfortable! The house offered a pool, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, tennis rackets, a couple cooler bags, boogie boards, floats, and even shell/shark tooth sifters…etc! The pool was my favorite part of the stay. It was nice to be able to relax and cool off after a long day. There are Edison bulbs surrounding the pool area for a peaceful night time swim. The canal out back was cool to look at also and there was a fence in between the canal and yard for children’s safety but still accessible to the canal through a gate. There was a small side unit hosting guests but you could barely tell anyone was staying there besides a minor mishap with the pool usage one day but it was resolved quickly! The major stores were about 5 minutes away which was super convenient for sure! There’s also a park in the neighborhood that is easy to get to. The host was great also! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice getaway. I wish my vacation was longer!
