Very nice modern “ rustic” two story apartment (unit #1) located on Majestic mountain. Featuring indoor open fireplace, two bedrooms with private baths, and a third bedroom/game room (complete with foosball table, 55" tv/Xbox,). 55"+40" Smart TVs upstairs. WiFi provided. Open kitchen with essentials provided, updated appliances & washer and dryer. Upper and lower decks give access to a view overlooking the valley and Legacy Mountain.
Only 9 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
The space
This apartment offers a very spacious 1700 SQ Ft of living space. Top floor: kitchen, living room, hall bath, master bedroom with private bath. Bottom Floor: bedroom with private bath, bedroom/game room (bunk beds in this room twin/full), laundry area.

Everything was as advertised

This older duplex house has been recently remodeled. The street going up is steep. A lot of other rentals are on the street. Convenient to Pigeon Forge. No problems.

Super Cute Mountain Getaway

The host is super nice and responsive, the apartment is exactly as described. Be forewarned that it gets really cold downstairs! We had everything we needed and it was a really cute place

Perfect

This was exactly what we wanted. Close to everything but far enough away to not be right in town. We had an elderly parent with us so we needed something accessible. The only thing that would have made it a little better is the bed in the room upstairs is almost too tall for someone who has limitations but we managed to be able to get her in and out. The kids loved the room downstairs with the games! I loved the kitchen had everything I needed to cook since we rarely eat out when we go places.

Very nice place

We stayed for two nights while we visited Dollywood. The location was great and the apartment was perfect. We were surprised when we pulled up to the apartment as it looked very small from the outside. Upon walking in, we realized that we were only seeing the first floor! The only two things that we noticed that needed to be added: bathmats on the floor in each of the bathrooms and a few more towel hooks in the bathrooms to hang up towels after a shower!

Fall Mountain Trip

Th property was very nice. Everything was great. The only suggestion is make sure there are linens for the guests as stated and needs extra blankets. I definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Great stay with Grandma!

Our priority was handicap accessible for this stay so that grandma could enjoy the trip with us and this location was great! The steep drive up was a bit tricky with the wet roads but that’s to be expected sometimes. Place was nice and clean. The layout wasn’t exactly as expected but worked just fine!! Robert was very communicative with us prior to and during the trip. It was only a little drive from Pigeon Forge so you’re away from the hustle and bustle.

Great place

The pictures are super accurate with the location and how the apartment is. The owner was quick to respond to messages. The Check in and check out process was quick and easy to understand. The drive was a little sketchy especially at night, but that’s what you get when you rent a little apartment in the Smokey mountains. Overall I highly recommend.
