The pool was amazing but there was a few things about the house that could be improved, the amount of cupboard space was very limited for pantry food the master bathroom was very spacious any spotless There also could’ve been a bit more shampoo. But overall very neat and clean.

My family and I agreed that this unit was excellent for our condo needs. In otherwards, we will rebook it next year, if available.The condo is an easy walk to the pool and a short drive to the Wailea Mall and Kihei. The condo was clean and ready for us. However, there were some basic issues that need resolving, e.g. light bulbs out, outlet notworking, beach towels too small, icemaker not working, etc. With a simple call to the Management Team, they sent over tech's to resolve each and every issue. The Management Team corresponded with daily until all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Well done, Management Team.

In general the place was great. There were minor maintenance issues: there was a large shade secured by tying it off and one of the screen doors to the back wouldn't close.

The condo layout was great for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool everyday, barbecued on the extremely clean grills, and enjoyed the sunsets from the clubhouse. The location is excellent, and very safe. Morning walks were a must! Enjoyed our Christmas in warm weather.

Great Stay for a Young Family

We stayed for nearly 3 weeks in 2025 and the set up was amazing for our toddler, the first floor was nice in that we didn't feel concerned about him stomping around and bothering anyone below us and the lanai that opens to the yard gave him a ton of space to run around.

A good place to stay when in Wailea

This unit and the Palms are a good place to stay when visiting Wailea/Kihei. The manager was very responsive and we had no problem extending for an extra night.

Great location in Wailea and super close to shops and about a 7min drive to Kihei food trucks. The pool was an added bonus for those traveling with little ones. Overall a great location!

Fantastic place. Very clean & great location. Communication was excellent. Check in process and basic info provided about a week before the stay. Well stocked kitchen. You are provided a “starter” pack of amenities (TP, paper towel, hand soap, detergents etc) plenty provided for a week stay. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided as well. Lovely outside patio area and grounds. Quick 15 min walk to the Shops at Wailea and Keawakapu beach is about 1/2 miles way. Highly recommended.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our party of two couples. It is in a beautiful, safe area in Wailea. The condo was stocked with plenty of start-up supplies and the kitchen tools/cookware were plentiful. The pool was especially appreciated in the afternoons after beach time. We will definitely stay here next time we return to Maui.

Great Stay

This is a great property, very well kept. AC worked well and location is wonderful. We did drive to all beaches. Could walk, but it would be uphill and a bit of a distance on the way back. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous property - great location

The communication was wonderful before and during the stay. The unit had everything we needed (as indicated) and the complex was great! The pool and hot tub made each evening the perfect wind-down. We will come back to 705 again on our next Maui trip for sure!
