Spectacular oceanfront single family home in private guarded community of Middlesex Beach! Enjoy the fabulous views from the screened porch and deck. Watch your family play on the beach below. Beach access (via walkway) located next to the home. This home is great for two separate families. Ground level has a family room, kitchenette, full bath with shower and king bedroom. Upper level features open living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The upstairs master bedroom has direct access to the screened porch and deck - listen to the rolling surf as you settle in for the night. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Parking for 4. Non-smoking. No pets.

Saturday to Saturday rental during the summer season.

Community amenities: Private guarded beach (in season) Very safe and quiet community great for bike riding with the kids. Only a 10 minute walk to the quaint town of Bethany Beach for shopping and dining. Beautiful uncrowded beach, you will see DOLPHINS everyday!

If you prefer to not use online booking to save you the service fee which can be up to 500 a week. Please send an email reservation request and I will forward a rental agreement. Payment can be made in the form of personal check or cashiers check.
