Looking for a spacious house for Family and Friends to enjoy that's 7 minutes away from the Colorado River and 4 minutes away from Downtown Lake Havasu this is the place to be. This beautiful new construction 3 bedroom house with large pool and plenty of space for Pets and Kids to enjoy. The House has A new outdoor BBQ area Perfect to grill. Our backyard is one of the only yards in lake havasu that has all Turf Through Out The Yard, with large putting green to enjoy. Is A Great Vacation home


The House is Fully Equipment with smart TVs, Netflix, Direct TV, WIFi, and Large TVs. For those who like music, our home has a backyard Sonos Sound System to enjoy. The pool it’s only 4ft deep so you can Loungue around the pool. The 3 bedrooms have good size beds. Master Bedroom has King Size Bed, 2nd Bedroom has King Size Bed, 3rd Bedroom has one set of 3 piece bunk beds (Queen , Twin, Queen) The house all new furniture and has parking for about 4 cars. The house do have outdoor security Camaras. The house also has an outdoor Fire Pit with a good size Jacuzzi to enjoy. This house is great to get away and enjoy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure you take all trash to our nearest dump location if you over fill the house cans. No trash is allowed to be left over outside or inside the house. Turn off AC in garage.
After check out make sure all umbrellas are down and all inflatables from the pool are placed in the basket inside the patio. All golf clubs need to be also in the basket and no trash left in the yard
If you have a pet make sure you pick up after your pet or there will be a charge for not picking up after your pet. Any leftover trash will and extra charge. No bottles or trash left in the pool area
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Need to fill out car log and occupancy log that will be sent out before checking in. All completed forms will need to sent before check in.
No Kids unsupervised will be allowed in the backyard without an adult supervision due to no lifeguard on duty. Extra charges will apply for pool Used
Any leftover trash cans will be charged and additional $300 plus $45 per bag. No smoking allowed or an additional $1,000 will be charge.

Fun Stay!

The outdoor area is top notch, the sound system was especially great. The kitchen items were plentiful and in very good condition. Of special note were the beds, my first vacation where the bed was equal or even more comfy as home. Springtime weather was mostly cool, which was unfortunate with the unheated pool. I'd recommend staying here, but would suggest when it's hotter, if swimming pool use is high on your list.

Beautiful Home

We stayed here on our annual Havasu trip, there was plenty of space for our family and the kids really enjoyed the backyard and the arcade room. You do not have access to park in the garage, the RV/Boat parking is locked and the other side is used as a game room. Also there is no trash service you have to dispose of your own trash which is a huge inconvenience. The dump is 8 miles away and closed on Sundays. These things are not listed in the description or we would have reconsidered our stay.

Thank you for staying in our home Monica, sorry for the inconvenience but the city of Lake Havasu wants everyone to take there own trash away for every visitor, it’s one of there rules for all visitors in any home you rent. Also the form you sign agreeing with all rules and regulations from the City is also noted there not sure if you read what you sign but is there. Also on any form and description of the house dosent say the RV Garage is available for the public. We only have room for 3 cars on there driveway, but i don’t see the problem because your boat fit perfectly in the driveway parking from the house. Thank you for visiting Lake Havasu

We had a good trip and the house was nice and fun to hang out in. After check out we had issues with the owners trying to charge us out of pocket for unproven damages, such as dog hair on the couch, hair in a bath drain and supposedly a stain on a wall from the dogs rubbing against it. Even though we also bought the $5000 accidental damage protection they wanted us to pay an extra 350 dollars. The house was fine but seems like we were being gouged at the end.

Awesome Stay in Lake Havasu

We booked this house over Thanksgiving weekend to spend time with family who had moved down recently. I was very impressed with the property. The property is newly built, clean, and provided all the amenities plus some over our stay. The beds are very comfortable. Big screen TV's throughout, and a TV on the back patio. Large clean kitchen with new appliances. The highlight for me was the huge backyard covered in artifificial grass, which included a putting green, pool and jacuzzi, large firepit, and a large outdoor BBQ area. We hosted a college football party Saturday afternoon and invitied the family over. Everyone had a blast. We shot some pool, played some arcade games, tossed some cornhole, watched the kids and dogs run around in the large backyard, and had the game on in the patio, living room, garage/gameroom, and had a great time. I would highly recommend the stay! I look forward to coming back.

Beautiful Home and Backyard

Pros: The backyard was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the large pool. Cons: The check-in process needs improvement. The owner did not send me the rental contract to sign and review until we arrived on the evening of check-in. It was difficult to review the details on a cell phone on the property's front porch. The property manager was unresponsive leading up to the day of our booking, making us nervous about making the four-hour drive to the property without the check-in details. He seemed annoyed with our request once he responded the day of our trip. I think it would help other guests have check-in details and the finalized lease agreement sooner to make the check-in process more seamless.

Feelin like a Resort

This property was exactly as pictured! The pool area and yard has everything you could want- a gorgeous pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill area with small fridge, covered patio area with TV, ability to control the music etc from your phone, fans and fun games like a large Jenga, corn hole, inflatables for the pool. Several large screen TVs were in the house and a pretty well equipped kitchen, nice washer and dryer, comfy beds, new bathrooms, beach/pool towels. Many streaming services were available on the TVs and the speakers provided great sound. The location was exceptional! You could be everywhere you needed to be in minutes. Good parking area. The yard and pool area is really the star though . The pool cycles through colored lights and the hot tub is connected. There are small waterfall features that enhance the feeling that you are absolutely being spoiled. Jose was accessable and very responsive. He seemed to really care that everything was just right for us and very kind. We will always stay at this property when visiting Lake Havasu!

Completely Disappointed

This is likely a nice location and looks to be on the pics. Unfortunately, my father-in-law passed two days before our check in. I reached out to the owner to cancel the reservation and asked for a reimbursement given the circumstances. Up until this point, the communication with the owner was quick, accurate and cordial. However, multiple notes about the cancelation went unanswered. I offered proof of his passing so we could prove we were not making this up. There are many ways to handle this situation with tact, understanding, and compromise toward a mutually acceptable resolution. Not in this case. Here is the quote from my return email after I offered proof of the passing and asking for our funds back. "Is unfortunate what happen to you but i will be very honest i dont know you and im trying to run a business here, and VRBO has these types of rules for a reason. No problem they could call me. Hope you have a better day." Needless to say, I am disappointed in the resolution with the owner. I understand the need to have cancelation policies to make sure you are not taken advantage of. Having said that, there are also circumstances that are exceptions. I am a small business owner and always try to make right by our customer, suppliers etc. usually a conversation between parties can come to a successful resolution. We have initiated a chargeback with the CC company. At this point, I'm more upset by the lack of compassion and customer service than I am about the money.
