Additional features include custom cabinetry and doors, a ceiling fan, shared washer/dryer and garage parking. This studio is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.

We did not get the room I paid for. Had to ask for a second room, 1st had not been updated, room given still was not as updated as one promised.
