About this property
Little Beulah Blue
Little Beulah Blue is a 100 year old cabin sitting on top of a hill that overlooks a stunning cliffside. Relax and unwind with its rustic charm without sacrificing modern amenities.
The home is situated at the top of a hill on 6 heavily wooded acres. The location is quiet and located just a few minutes from the town of Beulah. Located approximately 20 minutes west of Pueblo along HWY 78. The original part of the cabin is 100 years old with original floors, large wood beams and a stunning stone fireplace.
Adjacent to the rustic living room you’ll find the large newly renovated kitchen and dining area. The sleek kitchen provides all the luxuries of modern living including a 36” induction cooktop, wall oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space . The kitchen is fully stocked with a large selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils and kitchen gadgets so you can comfortably enjoy your meals. In the morning you can wake up with a variety of options at the coffee bar including drip, French press and Keurig.
There are 2 cozy bedrooms in the back of the cabin that can be completely closed off from the rest of the space so that guests can sleep-in without being bothered by any noise in the living area. Both bedrooms feature a view to the cliffside, and any wildlife that might cross the yard. One bedroom has a queen bed with large flat screen tv, and the second bedroom features a full size bed. Just down the hall is the the main bathroom with floor to ceiling slate tile and a spacious shower with rain shower head.
There are two sunrooms in the home, one with large windows and a sliding glass door out to the deck. The other sunroom, or sleeping porch is right at the entry way home of the home and features a pull out queen bed and a wood stove to keep you warm in the winter. Both spaces can be used for additional sleeping areas. There is a small laundry area for guests to use as well as a small newly installed 1/2 bath.
Outside, please enjoy the views on the large deck complete with a propane fire pit, or curl up in one of the hanging egg chairs in the gazebo while you take in the stunning view overlooking the cliffside. There is also a great little outdoor dining area in the gazebo area.
