A spacious newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo with plenty of sunlight. Restored hardwood flooring and luxury furnishings throughout, this 100 year old beauty is a South Shore gem. The living room boasts rich hues and an eclectic vintage design with special touches including a 55" Smart TV, Marshall Bluetooth Speaker, Bar Cart and plush seating.

A large separate formal dining room has seating for 4, featuring a gallery wall of Chicago's most beloved architectural sites. The two spacious bedrooms have large windows, luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, and soothing decor. The full Art Deco- inspired bath is fully stocked with luxury towels and toiletries, and the gorgeous fresh kitchen boasts quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances stocked with all the essentials to ensure you can create amazing meals.

Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-8am. Our family resides in the downstairs unit, so this is strictly enforced.
