This townhouse was fabulous! Great location near the beach and walkable to State St. It was the perfect place to celebrate a 70th birthday with family from Nashville and Chicago! The space was gorgeous and communication with the host was easy. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

What a great property!

Our family of five spent Thanksgiving in Santa Barbara, and this was the perfect place. The home is lovely (especially the rooftop fireplace!), and the location is perfect. We all had a great time, and would definitely return.

Great place, great location!

This was the perfect place and the perfect location for our short SB getaway! The close proximity to downtown, the beach, marina, harbor, and FunkZone allowed us to walk everywhere! The rooftop terrace was perfect for morning coffee (thank goodness for the fabulous coffee machine!) and a happy hour cocktail. The beds and pillows were comfortable too. We will definitely be returning!

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Management

Could not have been better. Great property that is very well maintained. Location is unbeatable - we parked the car when we got here and were on foot all weekend. Property managers were very responsive, check-in info was very easy to follow. Would definitely rent again on another trip to SB.

Our party consisted of attorneys handling a trial in Santa Barbara Superior Court. The condo was perfect for that. It was big enough that we weren't stepping on each other and close enough to the courthouse for easy access. Having the beach within walking distance provides a really nice release valve from the work and pressure of the trial.

Beautiful spaces, great location

We had a short two night stay with a group that included a 6 mo old. The room layout was perfect for the 7 of us, and the extra space upstairs made it easy for those wanting to stay up later and extend the festivities to be able to do that without keeping others awake. Great location in town too. Highly recommend.

Amazing property

I booked this VRBO for my family. We are a party of 6 adults. The house was perfect!!!!! Very safe and secure and super clean and had all the necessary comforts of home. The communication from the managers was top notch. Will definitely book again on our next visit to Santa Barbara.
