We were unable to connect and stay in the house. I found out that I had 1 hour to finish booking. I had received confirmation and afterwards I received a request that I needed to provide more information. This appeared to be fishing as I was to resubmit credit information as well as provide copies of travel documents. Consequently we were unable to confirm and stay in the location.

Thanks for your feedback! We would like to clarify what occurred regarding your reservation request. Your payment was never processed, and no transaction took place. For the safety and security of our property and guests, completing our standard pre-check-in verification is a mandatory requirement. Because this process and the payment were not completed, the booking was not confirmed, and check-in instructions could not be issued.
