The host is very responsive. The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to use. Very good set up for multiple families vacationing together!

Our host provided so much in the way of kitchen appliances, cooking, laundry and personal care supplies that packing for this trip was super easy. When your only suggestion is a second recycle bin, you know you’ve had an outstanding stay!

Kitchen amenities were abundant. Rooms all nice and plenty of toys, floats, etc.Needs: Hot water temps in Kitchen and main floor BR were inadequate..Too low for cleaning and comfort.We could not lock the sliding glass door to the back area.

Beautifully decorated and maintained lake front home. One of the best stocked rentals I have stayed at with everything you could possibly want and then some. The lakefront and beach area was a big hit with the kids and all the sand toys/kayaks/paddleboards to use were great too. The host was very responsive and left some baskets of goodies as well. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s huge and prefect for large groups. We definitely plan to stay again!

The vacation on the lake was spectacular. Weather was perfect, kids and adults enjoyed playing with water toys. House was close enough to have day trips to Petoskey and Mackinaw and falls nearby. Went to casino. Prepared meals at house in the very well stocked kitchen. Memorable week

Great Spot

Although it was winter the location on the lake was great for us, great for ice fishing. Drive through garage and onto the lake no sea wall to deal with. Great place to stay

Great Location, spacious home!

This property was awesome for our trip up north. The sunsets were amazing and it was in good proximity to the trails. We utilized the fire pit area as well. Top notch property!

Great Vacation House

The house is so great! We loved the little sun room and deck, but the fire pit and beach were our absolute favorites! Also a great location to easily get to Mackinac and Cheboygan! Thanks again Nick, we would love to come back again!!

Black lake family get away

This place fits perfectly for a family with the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, very important, it sets up nicely with front and back porches, plus full use of garage helps as well. I would rent again!

House was huge. Plenty of room for all our friends and family. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms as well as kayaks, bikes, paddle boards etc. property mgr was easy to reach and helpful. Very clean. Quiet street and neighborhood. Lake was beautiful with deck and fireplace off the back of the house. We would definitely stay here again.
