Deluxe 3 BR Harbour Town Villa - One Minute Walk to the Yacht Basin

Hilton Head Island has long been recognized as one of America's best vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year-round family, golf and tennis vacations.

Sea Pines Plantation is the center of visitor activities on the island. Healthy amenities include championship golf courses and tennis courts, miles of walking and bike paths winding throughout the Plantation, a 600 acre nature preserve, equestrian stable and beautiful beaches.

Ketch Court is conveniently located in a secluded court yard in Harbour Town. Our villa is a one minute walk to the nationally ranked Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, one of the most popular stops on the PGA Tour. It is one minute walk to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, rated one of the nation's best teaching facilities for tennis enthusiasts. Improve your game under the supervision of USFTA certified professionals or reserve time on one of 23 clay courts.

Our villa is a one minute walk to Harbour Town's scenic Yacht Basin with its signature lighthouse, restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Kids never tire of the playground and Gregg Russell's nightly performances under the Liberty Oak.

Ketch Court is also close to Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy lunch or dinner at the popular Truffles Cafe or visit its many shops and boutiques. If you want to explore the Plantation's 16 miles of pedestrian paths, bikes can be rented at the Peddling Pelican (843) 785-5470 in Sea Pines Center.

If you like the beach, the free Sea Pines Trolley stops at Harbour Town and can deliver you to Sea Pines' public beach, and the popular Beach Club, in about five minutes. It's the perfect venue for enjoying the ocean, casual dining, live entertainment and spectacular sunsets. Trolley routes also include South Beach Marina and its iconic Salty Dog Cafe.

Our villa is a three bedroom townhouse that was totally renovated in late 2022. The main floor includes a comfortable living room leading to a private rear court yard, a 55" Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet service, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 43" Smart TV and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32" HD TV. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a 40" Smart TV. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower adjoining the two bedrooms.

Sea Pines is a unique vacation experience. Our villa is an ideal retreat for families seeking a great vacation destination. Welcome to Paradise!

We were at this condo in Feb and March. We loved the location in Seapines and the short walk to Harbour Town. We spent lots of time lounging on the red chairs, enjoying the basin!! We liked the large size of the condo- very roomy and easy to have guests. The condo was clean and attractive and we are planning to visit again next winter! It was a perfect getaway!

Great location! Great view of the harbor. Within walking distance of the trolley, pool, shopping and our favorite Gregg Russell. Upstairs rooms were warm, but beds were comfortable. Found some crumbs and q tips left from previous guests, but overall the condo was very nice! Showers were beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Easy to get in touch with owners too.

You can’t beat the location. It’s also wonderful to be able to use the pool and tennis. The unit could use a little updating. The upstairs doesn’t cool as much as the downstairs so if you run hot, you will not enjoy it.

Perfectly situated across from Harbourtown pool and shuttle stop. Walking distance to Harbourtown center and playground. It is an outdated unit with some deferred maintenance yet comfortable and clean. Bring your own pillows for comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This is the perfect location in Sea Pines. This villa is clean and comfortable, perfect for a family! Sidewalks to bike or walk, pool access…the location is so close to Harbor town and everything that makes it so special. Hosts were wonderful and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa.

This is the most ideal location for Sea Pines if you want to be close to Harbour Town and the pool but not in all the parking congestion. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
