Enjoy staying in this convenient, neat bedroom with your own bathroom on 2nd floor. Within 15 minutes biking trails. 3 minutes to planet fitness. 10 minutes from airport, 3 minutes from Wal-Mart super center and groceries. 1 parking spot is available in driveway. Private bed and bath are on 2nd floor. On 1st floor, enjoy a kitchen, washer, dryer, living room, WiFi & TV with Workspace. Discounted rates being provided at this time due to renovation on door frames. Unit uses a swamp cooler.
