Lemon Pool House

When we arrived the pool filter broken. Jacuzzi not Working and back yard was dirty. The patio furniture is old and dusty. The owners got pool fixed last day of our stay and Gave me 450.00 discount. There were only few pool toys not broken. The garage rec room had no a/c so not really usable space when hot outside. Kitchen did not have enough silverware or pans for large group. The fan above stove needs repaired King blowup m/b not working Inside house clean and nice bedding We basically just used house for our stay This would be a nice home to stay in if it were Maintained and ready for new guests.

Unfortunately, guests prior to your stay tampered with the pool equipment and broke the pool valves. We had it fixed as soon as we were able to and you were able to use it the last night of your 3 day stay. We credited back a portion of your costs for the inconvenience. Yes the rec room is in the garage and you can open it for air flow. :) we have had lots of families stay, you are the only guests who were upset with the set up and offerings. I’m sorry if any toys may have been broken. Kids will be kids. The kitchen has enough serving wear for 12-15 guests which is the maximum number our home will comfortably sleep. We appreciate your feedback on the air mattress as that is something we have now replaced! It’s the first time we were told it was an issue. Our home is very well maintained. Again I’m sorry guests prior to your stay broke the pool equipment as I told you over the phone and in several messages. All the best to you and your family.

Great experience

Our stay was great at this property. The house is equipped with anything you might need plus it has a pool, spa, and bonfire pit perfect for hosting or relaxing with the group. We all enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back in the summer!
