About the Space-
This is a one bedroom villa (Villa O) located within the Royal Flamingo Villas resort in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. Hillsboro Beach is conveniently located between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Enjoy a beautiful stay with classic old Florida charm. The resort lies on both sides of A1A from the Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway. Villa O is located on the Ocean side of the resort property, a few dozen steps from the private beach and pool. Guests enjoy the features of both the ocean and the Intracoastal waterfront. The Villa has a covered porch for relaxing, gathering, and grilling (a grill is provided upon request). The property also has a brand-new artificial turf putting green. Enjoy the beautiful tropic atmosphere!

The Space-
This is a detached Villa with a private entrance that allows for privacy. The Villa is on ground level and there are no stairs, elevators, or shared enclosed spaces in the Villa , or on the property. There is wheelchair access on the property.
The Villa has one bedroom with sleeping for three with one queen size bed and a twin size bed. The bedroom has a 42in flat screen Smart HD TV.
There is a washer/dryer in the bedroom closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate dining area.
The living room has a mounted 60in. flat screen Smart HD TV. There is internet, and HD Comcast cable service.
No smoking in the Villa.
No pets allowed.
There is a management office on the property for guests’ varied needs.

Guest Access-
There is a dedicated free parking space about a 10 foot walk from the Villa.
Guests have access to all amenities which includes private beach, pool and intercostal waterway.
Villa access arrangements including late check-in are coordinated via phone (9-5pm) with the resort on-site property management team following booking.
Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. with self-check available and check-out is 11 a.m.
Late check-in is available.

Other things to note-
There is a five day minimum rental. Long term stays are allowed.
Cleaning service is available once a week if requested. Sheets are changed once a week. Clean towels are provided daily except for weekends. Trash pickup is
Monday-Saturday. Trash is left outside for pick-up.
The resort is a short distance to a variety of restaurants and shops which include bike and surf rentals, and a fishing pier.
