Lots of decking with seating for outdoor enjoyment. Beach towels and linens provided. Eat out on the higher second deck to watch the dolphins play offshore. or if you don't want to cook, there are a variety of restaurants in downtown Folly to experience. You can take surfing or kayak lessons by appointment, or you can boogie board in the ocean for free. Parasailing and restaurants is only 5 blocks away. County water park is 10 minutes away. Historic Downtown Carriage rides are only 15 miles away. Museum Mile downtown includes both children's and adult museums.

Another great week in Folly

This was our second year in a row at this property and I've already booked for 2026. The location and view can't be beat, and the owner is always responsive and provides you with enough of the basics, and even things you didn't expect, like beach towels, sand toys, and even flashlights! I plan to keep coming back for as many years as I can.

Absolutely wonderful place! Very clean and well stocked property. Great communication.The location is so convenient and this property is an absolute treasure. It's not a new build which is what we wanted. It has personality and who can complain about a beachfront view. I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here.

We had a wonderful time! The house was just what we needed and proximity to beach and shops can't be beat! The kids toys and games were nice to have and enjoyed finding shark teeth on the beach.

Perfect Folly bungalow!

This truly is a Folly Beach jem. The deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee, a sunset snack and everything in between. Will definitely return.

Just returned from my second stay at this beach house. Comfortable and convenient location, and always a pleasure to work with the owner. Highlight of our stay was watching the New Year's Eve fireworks from our own spot in the sand. Already thinking of next time........

Quaint and cozy home

If you want to be directly on the beach, then this is a great home. It was very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. We rented a golf cart and explored the entirety of this beautiful community. It was a great way to end the summer!

Old-school Beach house

Five adults and two elementary age boys, we really enjoyed our week! The house is comfortable, just large enough, and old enough to be interesting. We found everything we needed to cook each day and plenty of towels and pillows. This is your grandma's beach house, and we loved it. 5 stars!

Great value

We loved being on the beach and being able to sit on the porch in the morning drinking coffee and watching the ocean. The house is one of the older houses on the block but it’s well maintained and comfortable. They have everything stocked in the house you could ask for.
