Renovated in 2022 - all new paint in coastal colors, new carpets, new appliances and more...Beachfront upper, end unit cottage with amazing white water ocean, river, harbor and mountain views from living area and master bedroom. Private entrance with no common areas (unlike hotels or interior units at North Coast Village), fully equipped kitchen, secluded beach, large resort style heated pool and hot tub. Two extra windows in the living area and a skylight in each bathroom give this cottage in North Coast Village lots of natural light (only found in the few end unit upper level cottages). The cottage's private entrance is only a few steps up from the luscious grounds, and you can leave the door open for more light and a nice ocean breeze. The kids can play on the beach or the yard next to cottage, and you watch them while relaxing inside or on the deck. North Coast Village's family friendly, resort-like setting has 24/7 security with garage parking and every amenity including extensive tropical gardens, fitness center, putting green, table tennis, billiards, hot tubs, beautiful heated pools, and laundry facilities. Boogie boards, towels, chairs and umbrella for your use are included. Sit by the cozy fireplace, or on the deck to watch the sunset over the ocean, and enjoy the flickering harbor lights. Kitchen is fully equipped for eating in or take a leisurely walk to the restaurants and shops at the harbor.

The host was very quick to respond when we needed something. The condo was lovely and comfortable.The view was awesome. It was wonderful to have ocean breezes blowing through all weekend. The kitchen is decently stocked (although if you are picky about knives being sharp, bring one with you).

The host was very friendly and helpful! The location is really nice walking distance to the pier and the harbor restaurants and shops, The pools and the spas in the facility are very clean and nice and warm! The place could’ve been cleaner and a little bit better stocked, certainly needs some upkeep, as there were some broken items like cabinet knobs, and a mirror in the master bedroom, but I believe the host will be doing that.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. I wished there had been a few more kitchen amenities (a full size coffee maker, Saran Wrap, etc) but the condo is clean and spacious and has a beautiful view.

My stay in Michael's condo was great! We've been going to North Coast Village for over 20 years every summer and this condo was very enjoyable. Being an end unit you have plenty of natural light. The beds were cozy and the updates to the condo make it very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back.

Amazing Views & Spectacular Property

We stayed for 4 nights. North Coast Village is spectacular. The grounds are a tropical paradise with great amenities, including pools, hot tubs, pool table, putting green, and parking garage. The beautiful cottage where we stayed also had boogie boards, skim boards, an umbrella, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, and a completely stocked kitchen. We plan on going back to stay there again ASAP.

Could Use Some Improvements. The property had potential, but it wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and several items weren’t working properly. While the location was fine, the overall experience was a bit disappointing compared to what we've experienced in other units at this location.

I am very sorry that you were not happy with the cleaning, and some items were not working properly during your stay. Unfortunately, some things will break unexpectedly like the garbage disposal did during your stay. I responded within minutes of your message and was there within a few hours on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. After identifying that the disposal needed to be replaced, I offered to come back the next day (Sunday) to replace it, but you did not want me to come so came back on Tuesday and did the replacement in 30 min. Even though I was in the unit twice, you never mentioned anything about the cleanliness of the unit. I would have gladly had my cleaning crew return if I would have known there was something that you weren't happy with. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience and always happy to quickly correct issues when notified.

The location of the unit was amazing and the ocean views were enjoyed every night. The unit had plenty of beach equipment that our family appreciated. We also had plenty of clean towels and sheets.The unit was a bit dated and had some broken items. The window shutters were broken on some windows, the garbage disposal did not work and the crib provided in the unit was very dirty. Overall these things were minor and did not negatively impact our trip but they probably should be addressed.

Wow! Best choice ever!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. First of all North coast Village is like staying at a resort. The amenities are awesome, location crazy. You have the harbor on one side and the beach/Strand on the other. And then the cottage is nicely decorated lots of amenities provided. The host is communicative, helpful, and a joy to work with.
