This is a beautiful place to stay. We really enjoyed the place, found it very peaceful and quiet, and found it to be a great size for 6 of us. Also the location was extremely convenient and we were able to get everywhere we wanted within 10-20 min.Communication was very clear and quick. We had a question about the property ahead of arriving and Grant responded right away to support! The only things that could be improved are the coffee pot, maybe a little bit more in terms of shampoo/soap options, and then the hedge going from the subdivision to the street was really obstructing the exit so it was a bit treacherous to leave the place. I would absolutely come again.
This cabin was perfect for 3 women! Beautiful views ! Very cozy with the gas fireplace and comfy seating. Everything was clean . We would definitely stay here again! Driveway is a little tricky!
The host was great and responsive. The cabin was super clean and met our needs exactly. It was also the perfect location in that it wasn’t too far from the Biltmore or downtown.
It was a wonderful place to stay! Plenty of space, beautiful views, wifi worked great, beds were comfortable, and it was quiet all around us so we slept great all three nights!
We had a great stay! Cabin was comfortable and well appointed. The views off the deck were amazing. Enjoyed coffee out there every morning and wine every evening. Easy access to town and the highway.
A Great Vacation Spot! The cabin was very accommodating and fit our needs perfectly. Having a fireplace to warm us up in the evenings was a beautiful touch for my grandchildren. The location was perfect for going downtown, visiting the Arboretum, and heading to the various overlooks. While traveling about, we even saw some bears!
This was a great place to stay for a week in Asheville. It was in a beautiful location, easy to access, well maintained and able to accommodate several of us.
Beautiful home and property. Amazing views. We went to a few nearby parks which is where we saw a family of bears. House was close to downtown which we enjoyed as well. I definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again on next vacation.
We have stayed at this property several times before and keep returning! It could use some new towels however; not quite enough for 4 ladies and they had a weird odor! But the addition of gas logs was great!

Initially purchased as a second home. Liked the mountains and Asheville so well that moved here permanently and converted the second home to a vacation rental. Glad to share our home in the mountains with others. Strive to keep it well maintained, well equipped, comfortable, and a good value.
Why they chose this property
This property was ideal because it is in the mountains, on a wooded lot that is very peaceful. Has year round mountain views, and downtown with all the restaurants, shops, breweries, is only minutes away.
What makes this property unique
Good value in a Mountain setting only minutes to downtown Asheville and all the restaurants, shops, art galleries, breweries, and roof top bars. Biltmore is 5+ miles away.
