We welcome you to your home away from home with an open layout living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom fitted with a king sized bed, a second bedroom with two twin size beds and a walk-in closet, a third bedroom fitted with a twin bed and private shower, also enjoy a private patio with an outdoor shower.

Experience our home at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, an amazing family friendly gated community with 24/7 onsite security for your protection. Just a five minute walk to the beach, free amenities included in your stay such as a private beach clubhouse with a beachside pool and full-service café, 11 pools (closest pool is steps away from the unit), 4 tennis courts, an 18 hole mini-golf course, shuffleboard courts, an onsite gym, and immediate access to local attractions.

Adorably decorated beachy-modern. Shay had excellent communication and the unit was stocked well with basic necessities. Very close to the beach. We would definitely stay again at this or any other of her properties.

Shay is wonderful and her condo is very clean and decorated well. Short walk to beach. Shay is quick to respond on any questions. Very easy check in and great security in the complex. I love Gulf Highlands beach resort.

Nice condo short walk to beach

Condo was clean, neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we had everything we needed. My small kids, MIL, and I walked to the beach each day. Lots of beach supplies - chairs, toys, shovels, etc. The layout was a little awkward since you have to walk through the king bedroom to get to the room with the single twin, but we made it work!

Perfect Property

This property was exactly what my family needed. We took a summer trip and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located close to a lot of attractions. Right across the street from the beach. Multiple pools for our use. Property manager was super helpful, answered any question we had quickly and was so happy to accommodate us. We would definitely use this Property again.

Look Forward To Staying Here Again

We have stayed at a couple of properties in Gulf Highlands before but this unit was by far the best one we have stayed in. Communication with the host made check in very quick and easy. The unit was just as described being fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and fresh. The gated community felt safe and walking our pups at night felt safe. It was quiet and everyone was friendly. I will make a point to look for this unit for future stays at PC Beach! :)

Not great. Not terrible but not great. The third bedroom is a porch that has been updated to be a bedroom. At least from my layman's view. Communication with the host was great. However, if your child breaks a cheap piece of furniture and you have the insurance through VRBO, expect to be charged for it anyway.

Great place to stay!

This house was perfect for our family getaway! We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pools! The owner was very responsive to our questions while we were there. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The neighbors were all very friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely rent here again!
