Why they chose this property

This property is perfect in every sense for the purpose of enjoyment and relaxation. The amenities are in abundance with pools, jacuzzi, golf, tennis, and fitness center. Eateries and spa on the site just tops it off. It's close enough to beaches, and surrounding sites of interest for exploration. The St. Augustine pedestrian walks on the old cobblestone streets brings you back in time. The town lights up at night with great eateries, lights and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

This is a a beautiful one bedroom with a queen size bed, television, nightstands, dresser, and large closet. A gorgeous bathroom double sink vanity, shower, and water closet. The washer dryer is neatly stuck away in own closet in the bathroom Sit and enjoy your beverage while relaxing on the balcony overlooking the lush vegetation, palm trees and the pools. It doesn't get any better than that.
