The exterior of this home offers a sparkling pool (heated for a fee) on the bay front; an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and a park-style grill for your fresh catch. The fenced-in pool deck offers both shaded spaces to relax and visit or a sun deck where you can grab your Florida tan. An exterior staircase connects the ground level and pool deck to all the exterior decks of the home.
The first floor offers the main bedroom with a TV, direct access to the covered deck with rocking chairs, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom also enjoys direct access to the covered deck. The third twin bedroom has a TV. A shared full bathroom is provided along with a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer. The second floor offers gorgeous, sweeping views of the bay from an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with three sets of French doors to the covered deck. Cozy up in the comfortable living room and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace in the winter. A TV provides entertainment for your crew and the comfy sofa converts to a queen sleeper. Step out to the covered deck and enjoy breakfast on the patio table. Additional deck seating allows you to enjoy coastal views well into your evening. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
