Fantastic experience and beautiful spot! This room was very clean and has a stunning pool that my kids loved. The location is at the King and Bear golf course and has a gated entrance and plenty of parking. The hosts had excellent communication and provided all the information we needed prior to our stay. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back

Just as described. My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We found the resort very beautiful, clean, and quiet. We sat by the pool each day. The room was stocked with items not usually found in a VRBO such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room is perfect for two people and the area was new and upcoming, relaxed, laid back, less traffic than we expected. We made trips to St. Augustine, the beaches, Palm Coast, Daytona, and Jacksonville. The Hosts were very easy to contact with any questions. We would highly recommend!!

Check in was easy and the stay was lovely. It was a little farther from downtown and the beaches than expected, but that really didn't deter from the stay. Very clean and cozy and the resort was beautiful.

This was our second time staying at Laterra. First time was an amazing one bedroom. This time a just as amazing studio. We were well versed on the gate entry and room key access from out first trip. That being said our hosts went above and beyond with all the information we would have needed. Unit is a very good size studio with a small but full size kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. Would stay in this unit again. Laterra and the amenities are really nice.

The studio apartment was perfect for my wife and I to stay while we visited with family in St. Augustine. The apartment had everything we needed plus the bed was very comfortable. The building, the grounds, and the pool were all beautiful. Our favorite eating places: Canopy Cafe for breakfast, Woodpecker’s BBQ was amazing for lunch, and Whit’s frozen custard was fantastic. We would definitely recommend Porta del Sol.

Lovely condo, very private, quiet and relaxing. Great location and amenities. Check in and out was so easy and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful along the way!
