Great House

Great place to stay. Good location, very clean house, safe neighborhood. The only negative no remotes for the garage made it a little inconvenience coming and going.

Family gathering

We came to celebrate the life of my husband, kid’s father and grandfather with a paddle out and memorial in Palos Verdes. This house was just right and plenty of room for all of us to be together for the week. We’re already talking about making this a tradition.

We love the Naples area. The house had plenty of room, was clean except for the yard. Lots of weeds, leftover metal pipes in front yard, weeds in flower pots, couldn’t see the view out the front windows. In a nice neighborhood it looked like a “rental”. Torn awning on the front of the house and no patio heaters to use even though they are mounted on front of house. Had to put our deck chairs out. Sofa cushions outside faded and torn.

Great location

The house was great for our family. The bunk room was great for the kids and everyone had their own bathroom. The location is great, very walkable to 2nd Ave or just for a morning or evening stroll. The house was well stocked with every kind of coffee maker, drip, grander, Kurieg, French press. It has spices, foil, olive oil and sugar. Plenty of dishes and platters. Patio is great too. Unfortunately the house has many needed repairs. Most of them small but the washing machine did not work, the kitchen sink clogged up, the patio heaters did not work, and the garage door was broken and had to be used manually. All in All I would stay again of the item universe were fixed.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay but did have a few issues. There was no internet as was indicated on the reservation. When I called the management company, they tried to help but couldn't. They said a local manager would be contacting me to resolve the issue, but this never happened. It would not have been an issue except that there was really poor cell phone coverage on premises, and we needed to be able to contact other members in our party that were arriving later. We also had a problem with the master bedroom toilet. It never flushed properly. All in all, we enjoyed the location and the accommodations. However, if these few issues had been resolved, it would have made our stay perfect.
