Private, Quiet One Bedroom Apartment located in daylight basement of main house. This aparment looks out over a rose garden to Case Inlet in the Puget Sound. There are stairs to the beach and a ramp that can be used to transport kayaks, paddle boards, and small boats to the sound. We often see orcas and eagles, river otters, seals, and sometimes humpback whales. The weather is often warmer and sunnier here at Sunshine Beach than most of the region as the property faces south, looking out at Herron Island. Has separate entrance into living room with sleeper couch and fully stocked kitchen next to dining room table that seats 4. It offers a full bath, and separate bedroom with a queen bed, desk, dresser, and closet for storing personal items. The private entrance is below a solid deck, and has a small porch with an outdoor table, 4 chairs, a barbeque grill and firepit that can be used even when it rains. There is an outdoor shower to use when warm enough after going to the beach. Beach towels are provided.
