Please take garbage to the Green Dumpster about 20 yards to the right out of the front door. Bears are active in our area! The dumpster key hangs on the coat hooks by the front door.

Please start a load of dishes!

Turn down cabin thermostat to 62; it is just inside the 2nd bedroom. There are 5 heat dials in the cabin, controlling the electric registers near the ceiling, please turn all down to “low”.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was a perfect little cabin. Convenient to RMNP and to town. very clean and loaded with all sorts of games and movies. And the charging station was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable, and close to everything in Grand Lake. We only drove a couple times because of rain. The cabin is stocked with everything you might need. Good WiFi, plenty of tv and dvd options. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Good location (short walk to shops and restaurants; access to great hiking, including trails you can take your dog on); nice size cabin with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well-equipped -- even have food and water dishes for your dog -- and the full-size washer and dryer are great to have.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we were very happy with the place. This is located in the center of everything in Grand Lake. The accommodations were perfect for us and we hope to stay here again in the future. Super clean, accessories were available, basic cable, beautiful home.

Loved it!

The cabin was great, very nicely furnished and a lot of extra touches from the hosts. We had one little glitch with the internet but the host was very helpful in an attempt to fix the issue but seriously who needs the internet when the area is so beautiful and the mountains are calling!

It is exactly as pictured and described. For us, two adults with a dog, could not ask for more. Availability of kitchen items was galore. The only thing that was slightly odd was no window treatment in the main room. Privacy was challenging from that perspective, especially the two nights i was alone. But it was obvious something was at some point on that window, but not present while I was there. Perhaps that is the only drawback I could mention. Otherwise, no complaints and would happily rent again.

Cozy Cabin

We loved this cabin. The cabin was spotless. The bed was cozy with flannel sheets and flannel duvet cover. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The host supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was a nice touch. The bathroom towels were fluffy and newer and there were even extras. The cabin was close to everything; the market, restaurants and hiking. Ample parking too. We highly recommend this cabin.

Like Living at Home

This beautiful cabin in one minute’s drive from Grand Avenue(Main Street) and five minutes away from Rocky Mnt National Park. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is fully supplied. It was quiet and worth the price. The bedrooms were nice and after a day of touring., we watched Sunday Night Football on satellite tv. We loved it.
