Sip a wonderful coffee at Wild Brew just steps away or bring it back to the shared deck overlooking the river! Visit the quaint cafe right below the apartment for breakfast and lunch!

Why they chose this property
This space had incredible potential when we took it down to the bones. Exposing the original brick of the building really brought out the character of the building. We even used the building original elevator gear to make the beautiful chandelier in the Livingroom. This building it just to cool not to share!
