This original west Ketchum home/Penthouse apartment is perfect for one or two people and offers privacy and will welcome to home. It is a very comfortable space. The apartment has 13 foot ceilings. The Large bedroom suite has two closets and queen four poster bed as well as a queen futon as well as a desk and chair. Living room has a sofa bed, gas fireplace, 32' TV and HBO and music channels. New floors in the kitchen and bathroom..The large kitchen is bright and has everything needed to prepare your meals at home. Refrigerator has filtered water/ ice-maker. The large bathroom has tub/shower unit with glass doors, Washer/Dryer area, many shelves and drawers and outdoor closet for extra storage. The Penthouse apartment has two covered decks. It is situated among large trees for spectacular views in all directions, within hearing distance of Bigwood River and close river access. Beautiful and Quiet street, private and large fenced backyard with mature trees. 5 to 10 block Easy walking distance to all Ketchum amenities. It is a close ski to the River Run lifts and the bus stop is just around the corner Not appropriate for people who in unable to take staiirs . Two blocks from the Blaine County Trail System and Bike path.

This property has a large fenced backyard that offers unique privacy.

Rates based on double occupancy. Any extra guests are charged $25 per person and per night.

What makes this property unique

Year around spectacular beauty and endless activities..........This property is on a very beautiful and quiet street and only blocks from the main downtown was originally a horse property and commercial Frenchmans' Creek. It offers a unique perspective and vintage feel of old West Ketchum with a rugged ridge of the last pioneer cabins sits across the street.
