The home was bought over 50 years ago for our large family to enjoy during the hot, summer months. Many memories and traditions have been created in this beautiful home that have been passed down through the generations. The house features a large front yard and porch, perfect for family gatherings, such as reunions, and entertaining. This rental is the lakefront portion of the main home. There is an attached 3 bdrm rental located on the back side of the home. Directly in front of the yard is a path to the private, sandy beach for you and your guests to relax, swim, fish, and play on all day long. The home has tall ceilings, a large living and dining room, two wood burning fireplaces, and a full kitchen. Cooking utensils and appliances are all included to make your stay enjoyable. If you are looking to spend your summer days relaxing or being active outdoors this is the ideal summer spot for you and your family.

Dishwasher, washer, dryer, china, cooking utensils and appliances are all included to make your stay enjoyable. Beach, and calm water are about 300 feet outside your door. Large lawn around the house. Less than a 1/2 mile to the Friendship Trail bike path. Easy drive to Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Toronto.
