Newly decorated 3200 sqft two layer house is located On Niagara parkway with beautiful river view on Canadian side,north to the great falls and south to the crystal beach. Niagara natural trails at the front door,1ace backyard is adjacent to the natural forest, big patio outdoor furniture , fire pit, hot tub, swimming pool,BBQ.High speed WiFi, 70inch TV with Netflix YouTube in the big bright living room. It’s great place for relaxation and vacation with your family and friends.

There’re living rooms upstairs and downstairs,all can see the river view. 1 bedroom on main floor, other 4 on second floor,total 4 queens, 2 twin beds for the big group comfortable to stay,the basic price is for 6 guests,an additional guest fee of $50 will be charged for each guest exceeding a maximum 6 guests. Each room is meticulously designed for relaxation and restful sleep . All necessary washroom and kitchen facilities are provided.

The new heated pool just was built,
It will open from June 1st to September 30th. There’s an extra $35 each day for use the pool (it will be heated to 85 Fahrenheit degree) if needed.

Great group trip location

This house was a great place to stay for our annual golf trip. Picturesque views of the Niagara River, a big yard and great amenities. The Host was very quick to reply to messages and always friendly. If we are back to Niagara we will be looking to stay here again.

Beautiful house with view on the river

I enjoyed a very nice retreat with my husband and my children and their friends in this charming, beautiful large house nicely renovated. Lots of green and nature around, perfect place to relaxe after visiting Niagara falls and its attractions.

Overall we loved this place,kitchen was not stocked well but we left a few of things we bought, dish towels pizza cutter dish soap large glass bowl. But the outside made up for it and is amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing weekend stay!

A massive, amazingly maintained home that easily accommodated our large group. There were plenty of bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. The backyard is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the hot tub and heated pool (pool takes a while to heat up). The host was very quick to respond to any questions and made it a very enjoyable experience for us. We will definitely return!

Family Vacation

We spent a lovely week enjoying this spacious and well-equipped large cottage. Plenty of room for all of us and lots of space to roam around. A wonderful heated pool, hot tub and Foosball table are among the amenities to enjoy! Very clean with an extra large lot. We hope to be back one day soon!

Great house- comfortable for big group!

This house is just beautiful! It was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the view in front of the river, and the lovely patio in back. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was roomy, and sitting rooms allowed for great conversation. Beds and couches we’re comfortable. The house was very clean. It was a great place for a long weekend! Very convenient to all we wanted to do!

Perfect home for a large family vacation

Check in and communication with the host was flawless. The house is spotless with a huge yard, pool, hot tub and fire pit. We had an issue with the pool heater and the owners came right over to correct it. It is a 20 minute trip to Niagara Falls. The day we were leaving, swarms of May flies were iin the area, so keep that in mind when timing your booking- as it could disrupt outdoor activities. We were there May 30- June 4. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great location and nice property

This place is great. Location and the property is great. Nice spacious cottage. Enough rooms and bathrooms for our large group. Cozy place with all the amenities with swimming pool and the hot tub. Our group enjoyed the stay there. However there are few things to mention here. A/C does not work in all the rooms. All the rooms are in upstairs (except one) and A/C does not work. They have fans in the rooms. Also not enough heat in the BBQ machine and Fridge does not cool enough. Also heated pool, it takes time to heat. Not very effective. Other than this I would recommend this place.

Great House overall.

The house is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Dining area and kitchen area worked for our large group. Sitting areas really encouraged conversations. The hot tub was great. We paid to have the pool heated, but the air was so cold, it really wasn’t fun to swim. Bring your own towel for the pool & hot tub, as they’re not provided. We cooked a lot this time and could have used a few things, like a big bowl for salad, a 9x13 baking dish, and more eating & serving utensils. Linens were nice, queen beds were comfortable, but the twin beds less so. There’re was only 1 towel per person, and with a bunch of ladies with long hair, we could have used a bit more. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and it was just lovely to sit out on the patio in the evening. The lights really made it pretty. All in all a beautiful home.

I can’t say enough about this amazing home. We had a great time on our vacation to Niagara Falls and the house was perfect for our family of 6. Fully stocked with everything our family might need, beautiful pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, and the list goes on. We hope to come back again soon. Communicated was easy and seamless as well. We had a lovely stay at This location. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was clean. Clean sheets. Lots of bugs and spiders but clean otherwise. Having to pay extra to heat the pool wasn’t the best when the listing shows heated pool however it was okay. I would definitely go back!!!

What makes this property unique

The Niagara River parkway stretches out from Niagara-on-the-lake in the north to Fort Eire in the south. For 55 kilometres the Niagara Parkway hugs the Niagara River, offering unsurpassed views of the Niagara river and Niagara Falls .

The Niagara River Parkway winds it's way along the Niagara River, passing through towns such as Chippewa and Queens-ton, as well as Niagara Falls. Alongside the entire length of the Niagara Parkway runs the Niagara River Parkway Recreational Trail.

This recreational trail is used by pedestrians and bikers and is also wheelchair accessible.

In 1943 Sir Winston Churchill described the Niagara River Parkway as the "prettiest Sunday afternoon drive in the world". However, long before Churchill or the arrival of the first tourist the Niagara Parkway was already being used by the aboriginal people to portage around Niagara Falls as they travelled between Lake Ontario and lake eire.
