OCEANFRONT DOLPHIN WATCH! This beautiful villa has been completely re-decorated by a professional designer! The view is spectacular. You will be able to watch dolphins play all day in this beautiful condominium! Enjoy a magnificent, unobstructed view of the ocean from both balconies and living room in this lovely 2 bedroom condo in Villamare 1302. The beach is just a stone's throw away from your front door!

Furniture, kitchen, and flooring were recently replaced. This villa has a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the guest bedroom plus a sleeper sofa. The 1200+ square footage also includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and 2 full baths including 2 showers, one soaking tub and 2 commodes. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the unit. There are smart tvs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Villamare offers several amenities to guests. This beautiful complex has an outdoor serenity pool and hot tub for adults as well as an outdoor family pool. In addition, an indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise room are also available for guest use.

This property is maintained by a property manager who provides 24 hour emergency service for any problems during your stay. The villa itself is cleaned and inspected weekly.

We have been traveling to Hilton Head Island for nearly 20 years with our four daughters and our extended family. Villamare was always our favorite place to stay as the views are fantastic! In 2010 we bought 1302 and one year later we bought 1307. It has been our joy to share this beautiful space with so many guests over the years!

This property has beautiful views of the ocean and beach. You really can see the dolphins! The beach is very close and it is convenient to walk there. This villa is also very close to the pool.

The grounds at Villamare are meticulously maintained and any walk outside the condominium is lovely.
