Large 1BR close to Bastille and Aligre

This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is half a mile from the Bastille square close to the Ledru Rollin Metro Station . . It is located at the second level (third American) of a XIX century building with elevator.

The one bedroom consists of a large living room with two couches , one of them sleeping two and a table for four , a bedroom with king size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with combined shower/tub, basin and washer/dryer, , a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. The metro Ledru Rollin line 8 is around the corner and Bastille , a main hub with line1, 5 and 8 is less than 5 minutes away.

The area is very safe. It is 3 minutes away from the Aligre farmers market, the most popular farmers market in Paris open every day of the week except Monday and there is a monoprix supermarket around the corner.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 100pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 100pm.

Spacious Apartment & Convenient Location

Great location...steps from metro, grocery, restaurants, bars, shopping and pharmacies. Away from the bulk of tourists while still close enough to access those areas easily. The bed was extremely comfortable and wifi was strong.

Lovely Apartment in the Heart of the 11th

A very nice apartment with spacious living room and bedroom. Suitable for a couple or one person. Check in was easy. Apartment was clean and pleasant. No noticeable noise from other units and great access to dinning and shopping nearby. Having the Monoprix steps away and an amazing boulangerie across the street was a real plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base for exploring Paris.

Excellent base for exploring Paris. A short walk from Gare de Lyon and the Bastille. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Handy to have the kitchen for making tea in the morning, but there are many cafes and boulangeries very nearby. Excellent communication with host. We enjoyed out stay this apartment.

Great Location

Our family of 4 stayed here for 8 nights and there was plenty of space. The location is excellent and less than a half block to the metro and grocery/department store. There are plenty of shops, bakeries and restaurants right outside your door. There is an outside terrace where you can sit and watch activity on the street. Check in and communication was very good as well.

Accessible, comfortable and lots of great shops nearby

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The apartment was across the street from the metro station. Walking distance from the Bastille. Groceries were one minute away. The flat was very comfortable for my husband, my young-adult daughter and myself. The laundry machine had a dryer built in! It is true that the flat smelled like moth balls, but that didn’t bother us. It had nice natural light and the beds were comfortable. Easy to check-in and easy to leave. We will definitely be back!

Bright character flat

Light filled spaces with a balcony across all rooms onto a quiet street. Very comfortable bed, bathtub/shower has great water pressure and heat. Close to metro, markets and monoprix. Small elevator holds 2 people or all your luggage, but appartment is only 2 floors up from street. Safe neighborhood and secure appartment. Host had a quick response and arrival to fix a problem for us. Kitchen was functional but could use an update, the floors were a bit squeaky and there was a sealed off room that smelled of mothballs at the back of the suite which we were curious about. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

Il punto di forza di questo appartamento scricchiolante è la posizione: di fronte alla fermata della metro e in un quartiere molto carino e fornito di tutto, non turistico. Non é isolato, ma é riscaldato bene.Detersivi a disposizione.Condimenti e alcuni alimenti ancora disponibili in cucina.A parte gli elettrodomestici in cucina, tutto è piuttosto datato, ma ancora in ordine. Quando si entra ti accoglie un odore non molto invitante ma poi ci si abitua.Sarebbe opportuno eliminare le ragnatele dal soffitto. Il materasso é deformato da un lato e andrebbe sbattuto per riprendere la forma. La caldaia gas emana un odore di bruciato quando è accesa: consiglio di tenere aperta l'anta del mobile in cui si trova. Un'inquilina del palazzo ci ha invitati a tenere spente le luci di notte...ma credo si sbagliasse: é ovvio che erano spente!

Paris Apartment

Unfortunately I had an allergic reaction to the mothballs and had to leave early. Olivier did all he could do to help. Great location. Great historic Paris apartment. The kitchen could use a facelift, but I didn't need to cook. The Farmer's market was incredible.

Fantastic apartment and location!

Very nice place for relaxing and resting -- lots of light from windows over the street, spacious and comfortable rooms and bed. Fabulous location close to everything needed for a memorable stay -- bus and metro, the vibrant Aligre market for the freshest produce, many good restaurants, stores, shops and patisseries. Although the small kitchen is rather dated, it works fine for simple needs. Olivier was a most responsive and accommodating host at check-in and throughout our stay. We hope to return soon!

Paris Getaway

This was a wonderful place to stay while in Paris. The location was excellent and there were so many great places nearby and the Metro was just across the street making the whole city very accessible. The apartment is an awesome, authentic feeling Paris city apartment. I would recommend staying here and return again in the future. Thank you Olivier!

Bel appartement très bien situé

Nous avons fait un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, un trois pièces aéré et agréable très bien situé proche de la Bastille, dans un immeuble impeccable. Dans l'ensemble tout était vraiment bien à part quelques détails (manque de luminaires dans l'appartement, cuisine avec placards en hauteur difficiles d'accès, etc.), mais sinon rien à redire! À recommander.
