A fully equipped kitchen with four seat dining table, you can wake up with your morning coffee outdoors using the patio furniture on the balcony with 180 degree ocean views and the waves gently splashing against the beach.This vacation home includes use of a golf cart, the amenity pool, spa,18 hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball and beach with built in barbecues and picnic tables. Occupants subject to HOA rules!

Incredible property!

Not sure what I expected but the entire stay was fantastic! The property was beautiful and rivals a 5-star hotel. The views were breathtaking and I could have been in Italy if I didn't know better. The unit had all the amenities and comforts of home with beach chairs and towels, a croquet set, tennis racquets, a BBQ, and a golf cart for transportation. There is a full grocery store in town to buy anything if you want to stay inside to cook. I highly recommend this Catalina vacation as a great local getaway and for out-of-towners, a hidden secret.
