Lovely home. Incredible amenities, especially in the kitchen. So many pots/pans/utensils, everything you need to cook and more. Great supply of towels and linens, and the pack n play was fantastic for our little one. Tough parking, but manageable!

I highly recommend this property for rental. I rented Sweetgum with my long time college friends for our 60th BDay get-together. The house was perfect and the sweet little town center of Black Mountain was a short 5 minute drive. The 4 bedrooms with many bed options was wonderful. The house was super clean, the porch was perfect for coffee in the morning, the dining room table served us well for dinners and our fun game nights. The living room was great too.Of course, one of the most important things about renting with AvantStay was that the communication was excellent. The check-in & checkout instructions were clear and whenever I had a question, I got an immediate response. Thank you.

This was a fantastic retreat. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The host was very quick to respond to texts and made everything enjoyable and stress free. We had plenty of room to spread out. The screened deck was great for enjoying the beautiful views and relaxing around the fire pit. I would highly recommend this location.
