A brand-new home in beautiful Jaco Beach offering the perfect blend of nature and relaxation. With beachfront access you can soak up the sun or hit the waves for a surf adventure at any time.

Fully equipped kitchen so that you can feel like you’re home. We have strong WIFI available for all guests and AC in each room, comfortable linen, and there is a communal outdoor area which has a BBQ, pool, jacuzzi, and an open-air shower and bathroom.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind amongst the most beautiful nature of Costa Rica. The beach and jungle are literally seconds away!

The home can accommodate 7 people maximum - 2 people per bedroom and we have a sofa that turns into a bed which can comfortably sleep 1 person.

Located in a gated community with security, your safety and comfort is assured!

The entire house is available to guests and the communal area which includes the rancho, the BBQ, swimming pool and jacuzzi.

We request guest IDs and license plate details for each booking. This information is provided to security ensuring a safe environment. Kindly note, our community is a family-oriented atmosphere and does not permit parties.

Jaco vacation

Super clean, spacious, well equipped, details- bikes, boogie boards, wash/dry, but, mostly, the host was awesome. She made sure that everything was right, plus provided with valuable info prior and during my stay. Definitely one of my best travel experiences.

Location is everything and this Condo has it

It was a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed Condo on South Jaco. We came with family and friends for mostly a surfing trip but did many other adventures as well. There are so many close amenities that are just a short walk away....restaurants...grocery....beach. The Condo is extremely well appointed with everything you need and more. This is pretty much a 5-Star resort for you and your friends. Bonus...a lap pool. We are already planning our return.
