very walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. great on site parking. plenty of common space and it was nice to have 3 full baths especially if you’re sharing with another family as we were. not as sound ‘resistant’ as other condos we’ve stayed in; could hear our upper neighbor’s children running around as i’m sure our lower neighbors could with ours. but everyone was respectful in the evening/night

Spacious clean condo in perfect location!

What a fantastic spot! The condo is larger than expected, super clean, and fit our family comfortably. The large screened in porch was perfect too! Condo is a quick walk to the beach and we loved the elevator for easy move in and out. Quick walk to all the fun in Dewey beach but far enough that you don’t hear the bar noise at night. We would definitely stay here again!
